GAW 15 Problem 3 Answers

This directory contains answers to GAW 15 Problem 3. The file answers.tar.gz contains data for all 100 replicates that were not shared with other GAW participants. These data include trait locus genotypes for all trait loci for every subject. The contents are explained fully in answers.txt. The directory answers_doc/ contains the "answers" to how the data were simulated, including a complete description of the model, in several file formats.
